全台首座BOT模式興辦的三重青年住宅自8月15日起正式受理申請，每一戶均附全套家具家電設備，只要一只皮箱即可入住。弱勢戶套房最低6200元起跳，一般戶最便宜套房7700起跳。此外，本次更結合時下熱門的360度環景影片技術，讓各位在家就可以輕鬆看屋。
新北市政府城鄉發展局局長邱敬斌表示，本市於102年推動的全台首例三重中和BOT社會住宅，總計1143戶，已於今年陸續完工，將分為3階段招租，首先開辦的三重大同南及大安段社會住宅共252戶，其中3房9戶、2房48戶及套房195戶，臨近公園、學校、生活便利，且距離捷運台北橋、菜寮站步行也只要10分鐘以內，相當適合在大臺北生活圈打拼通勤的青年朋友。
至於民眾最關心的租金，為考量市民經濟可負擔能力，弱勢戶部分套房6200元到10000元，2房15000元，3房19900元，一般戶套房7700元到12400元，2房18300元到19100元，3房部分目前暫規劃給弱勢戶未定價，租金均已包含家具、家電及管理費，不用再擔心額外加價。
邱敬斌補充，本次三重青年社會住宅開辦受理只是新北市對於實踐7000戶社會住宅承諾的第一步，今年共推出1143戶，下半年還有中和秀峰段、三重大同南段於年底前開辦，明年預計將有永和秀朗派出所等社會住宅陸續推出，非常值得期待。
三重青年住宅自105年8月15日至105年9月14日開放受理申請，民眾可於受理期間請至新北市政府1樓現場臨櫃辦理，或透過掛號郵寄提出申請。
